Job Title: Program Specialist - Maintenance DepartmentJob Description
We are seeking a Program Specialist for our Maintenance department. Under minimal supervision, you will apply an extensive and diversified knowledge of Project Specialist principles and practices in assignments and related work in support of the Aircraft Maintenance Manager. You will contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed to facilitate project milestones. You must be able to clearly and concisely communicate with peers and management, take prompt action to accomplish assigned objectives, and understand/identify issues and opportunities. This position will provide support to the General Manager, Program Manager, Accounting Manager, and Production Operations PM as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Track all new requests on Pipeline from inception to award.
- Review estimates and submit them in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain Weekly and Labor Reports.
- Issue Subcontractor Action Forms.
- Monitor program financials to ensure 75 Notification Letters are prepared.
- Generate DELTEK backup and ad-hoc reports upon request.
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college-level courses in business preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a professional office environment.
- Experience in administrative and accounting functions.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Government Contracting.
- Strong knowledge of CostPoint and SharePoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, military standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with helicopter administrative support.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Experience with governmental accounting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00
