•   Performs research and analysis in the development of program or project activities for one or more programs.
•   Defines program requirements, identifies interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers.
•   Develops and disseminates communications regarding the project or program status.
•   Tracks progress, adopts and provides ongoing reports to leadership/program sponsors. 
•   Responsible for site level data input, report processing, and data analysis. 
•   Ensures all program data is current, complete and ready for submission. 
•   Develops and plans best methods for meeting operation metric requirements. 
•   Monitors performance of assigned contract line items (CLINs). 
•   Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and other practices set forth by senior management. 
•   Submits accurate and on-time program deliverables to the customer. 
•   Supports Program Manager and site management with various tasks as required. 
•   Performs work under general supervision.
•   Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. 
•   Other duties as assigned.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be proficient in various computer applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communications. 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance when required.
• Experience working in a govt/military contracting environment highly preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with preparing, formatting and reviewing reports of various formats desired. 
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data and government regulations is preferred. 
• Familiarity with USAF 781 forms and aircraft TBO requirements is also desired.
• Undergraduate degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
