STS Technical Services is hiring a Project Coordinator to assist with the implementation and management of various projects, including event planning. This role involves budgeting, scheduling, organizing, and ensuring smooth information flow between stakeholders. You’ll work closely with project leaders to track progress, coordinate meetings, and follow up on key decisions and action items. This position offers the opportunity to support special events and work closely with a dynamic team to drive successful outcomes.

• Oversee the coordination and implementation of various project tasks, including event management.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Leader.
• Schedule and attend stakeholder meetings and ensure proper documentation and follow-up on action items.
• Prepare presentations and reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure project goals are met.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Proficiency in documentation management and project management tools.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth project execution.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

• Applicants in Central or Eastern Time Zones preferred.
• Local to the Milwaukee area is a bonus for potential on-site support for a special event in January.
