The role:

Project Support Analyst

Reporting to the Project Support Manager, the Project Support analyst role is a key part of our solution delivery team.  They will support our portfolio and project managers across the entire portfolio with all aspects of project initiation and closure.

This will include supporting in the production of progress reports, risk and issues logs, financial tracking and resource management plans.

What you’ll do:

People/Relationship

  • Build, develop and maintain sustainable respectful stakeholder relationships.

Governance

  • Member/Invitee of the following boards:
    • Project Working Groups
    • Portfolio Review Meeting
  • Ensure full adherence to all governance, standards, and processes across the IAG Cargo organisation.
  • Proactively contribute to continual improvement across IAG Cargo, specifically in relation to the Operating Model and ways of working

What you’ll bring to IAG Cargo:

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Your experience:

Essential Experience:

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience of using project, programme and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Portfolio for Jira, SAP PPM, MS PPM, HP PPM, Primavera).

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience working in the Logistics, Freight, Courier industry.
  • Experience of major technology and business change programs
