Description:Estimating/Proposal Analyst on a development program making its way into production within the Air Dominance portfolio. High visibility position - between program leadership, finance leadership, corporate leadership, and customer. The Air dominance program is a key program for MFC and also for the corporation. Daily interfaces with other functional finance, value engineering, and planning teams in analysis, and deliverables. Deliverables consist of business case analysis support of cost reduction initiatives and multi-million dollar TINA compliant proposals that help secure the future of this product. Role will be responsible for day-to-day tactical execution for estimating as well as involvement in strategically shaping future of program which is key to keeping the franchise sold in production and spiral developments in the future.
Basic Qualifications:
-Proposal knowledge and experience working proposals that are TINA compliant/certifiable
- Limited Experience / Knowledge with Earned Value Management
- Limited experience with Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash consolidation and CSR/LRP process as production affordability/estimating directly affects program EBIT positions.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Adapt to change and digital transformation
- Ability to obtain obtain a DOD Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in Estimating/Cost Control
- Familiarity with financial CDRLs including but not limited to: LCCE and CFSR
-Proposal experience
-Able to work independently and formulate strategies
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
