Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is looking to hire a Quality Analyst Associate in Troy, AL to learn the DD250 process while supporting THAAD, and be able to integrate to other programs.

This unique position will plan and execute the presentation and sale (DD250) of various missile products in accordance with respective contract, Federal Acquisition Requirement (FAR), program, and command media requirements.

This position coordinates daily with program personnel on contract and/or Program Directive information related to product sales and subsequent shipment.

The position reviews form DD250 and associated documentation (Ammo data card, etc.) against contract line item information to ensure accuracy of missile sales. They work autonomously with contracts, configuration data management, program and customer (DCMA) personnel.

The position ensures sales transactions are accurately completed within contractually required dates, coordinates transportation, and shipping, to ensure all requirements associated are sufficiently met.

This position requires someone who can initiate and grow significant customer rapport to ensure success.

Finally, the position will be responsible to create and present associated presentation materials in support of management reviews.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

• Extremely detail oriented

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret drawings

• Ability to read and understand contract terminology

• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Applications

• Critical Thinking and problem solving abilities

• Self starter with ability to work autonomously

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and must have an Interim Secret Clearance prior to start.

Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.

• Prior Quality Engineering or Inspection experience

• Active Secret Clearance

• Experience reading and understanding government contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) clauses.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
