Job Description:

The Quality Compliance Analyst assists in auditing and providing oversight of Quality Assurance for various programs, and assists in writing and reviewing all QMS documents for Tyonek Services Group.

Duties

  • Assists the Aviation Quality Manager in ensuring all ISO9001/AS9100/AS9110 processes of Tyonek will provide products and services in line with the customers' expectations and in compliance with Statutory and Regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable standards, specifications, quality requirements, and standards.
  • Conducts evaluations, certification, and follow-up audits on agreed repair stations and agreed subcontractors and vendors for work performed in support of TSG Processes.
  • Consolidates performance metrics for Operational Review.
  • Assists the Aviation Quality Manager in the completion of quality audits and ensuring appropriate corrective action is directed.
  • Works in conjunction with the Aviation Quality Manager to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assists Aviation Quality Manager in writing and reviewing all QMS documents.
  • Assist in the review of policies and procedures to ensure adequacy and compliance with technical documents, as well as with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • The job requires detailed data entry of technical information necessary to assist in the monitoring of reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop required reports, and conduct briefings dealing with the audit process and any findings reported.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Nationally recognized Quality Management System Certification is required.
  • Three (3) years of progressive experience in AS9100/AS9110 auditing is required.
  • Associate degree or graduate equivalency diploma preferred.
  • Five (5) years of Aviation experience preferred.
  • DoD/Military Technical Training desired.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products to create, modify, and update documents, reports, charts, checklists, and databases.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
