Summary of AccountabilitiesQuoting Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our sales and operations teams by providing accurate and timely quotes for products and services.
Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer and/or sales requests and requirements to prepare detailed and accurate quotes.
- Collaborate with Sales department, Customer Service Managers, Program Managers, Customers, and Procurement teams to gather necessary information.
- Ensure all quotes are delivered in a timely manner, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Work and communicate closely with other departments and office personnel to ensure smooth transition of all customer aircraft and coordinate with internal departments to determine cost estimates and pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all quotes, organize and manage documentation related to customer contracts, quotations, and vendor communications.
- Maintain a professional demeanor towards all customers, be courteous, informative and sincere. Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Track and manage the quoting process from request to delivery, ensuring timely responses while working closely with the Sales department.
- Utilize Corridor Aviation Systems Software to draft and produce work order quotes.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite proficiently to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and emails.
- Utilize Sales Force to navigate and maintain documents as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to contract administration and quoting processes and any other activities and projects as assigned.

Education and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or equivalent years’ experience.
- Previous experience in aviation, quoting, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quoting software or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Sales Force
Communication SkillsMust be able to read and speak English. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and other personnel.
