The role: An exciting opportunity to join British Airways as a Safety & Security Reporting Triage & Assurance Administrator has arisen!
Working in the wider Corporate Safety and Security team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the British Airways Group Safety & Security Management System.
What you’ll do: - Triage and process digital safety and security issue reports submitted by colleagues across our global network.
- Delivery key administrative and support functions to facilitate our world-leading risk management processes.
What you’ll bring to British Airways: - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor communications effectively to suit a wide range of audiences.
- Strong decision making and prioritisation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to consistently deliver solutions.
Your experience: - Full training will be provided.
- Experience of working in a complex operational role is desirable.
- Recognised safety, security, risk, culture, investigation, audit and/or regulatory training/qualification would be advantageous.
- Experience of risk management principles, industry regulations, standards and best-practice is preferable.
