About the Role

We are recruiting for a Safety and Security Analyst on a Permanent basis.  This is an exciting opportunity to join our welcoming and ambitious team and supporting the delivery of a safe and secure organisation with a positive safety culture. The role will enable an effective integrated Management System, through using and developing data to support safety and security trend analysis.

Key accountabilities:

  • Be an advocate and positive role model for a just safety culture.
  • Optimise safety data to support an effective integrated Management System, incorporating safety security and fatigue reporting.
  • Build, maintain and manage the development and delivery of regular and bespoke reports and models to support safety trend analysis, safety meetings and operational decision making, automating as much as possible to enable teams to access and understand key measures and metrics.
  • Triage safety, security and fatigue reports, identifying trends and driving action

 This is a Hands On and Strategic role. The essential criteria for this role are:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in data modelling, Excel and other analytical tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical ability – able to work with complex and sometimes conflicting data. 
  • Excellent team player, capable of working with operational teams across the airline
  • Keen attention to detail and desire to maintain a high-quality output.
