Schedule: Onsite; 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Description
This role involves working within a team to manage the workflow for experimental functional areas, ensuring parts are completed and delivered ahead of schedule for developmental programs. Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with shop build teams to meet deadlines.
Managing priorities on experimental production orders based on tool/schedule needs.
Coordinating with various departments (e.g., SCM, engineering, program management) to address design changes, late parts, or issues.
Tracking tool shortages and reconciling them.
Running SAP transactions for parts delivery and record-keeping.
Providing regular status reports and updates to leadership.
Analyzing material shortages to assess their impact on schedules.
Managing priority work in the production arena and handling various logistics (e.g., tool delivery, flight arrangements).
Ensuring accurate SAP data and maintaining production schedules.
Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiarity with parts flow and aircraft build sequences, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Experience with continuous improvement processes is a plus.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
