Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in U.S. employee benefits administration and operations; knowledge for international locations a plus.
- Experience with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and related state and federal regulations.
- Technical proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, while recognizing team-oriented goals.
- Ability to identify workplace issues and make sound recommendations for solutions.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Ability to travel three to four times a year.
Preferred Qualification:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field or comparable experience.
- Experience working in a strong customer focused environment within health and welfare, wellness and work life balance, and retirement plan administration.
- Experience working with Dayforce and Fidelity PSW.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with unions a plus.

- Apply knowledge of Benefits best practices when performing work.
- Aggregate data to be used for conducting internal and external business analyses.
- Assist in root-cause analysis to identify basic problems experienced by customers, and in collaboration with others, recommend solutions.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of metrics and data, identifying appropriate metrics to assess initiatives.
- Draw insightful conclusions, identifying trends and recognizing patterns through data analysis/collection.
- Alert other to possible problems in a timely manner.
- Seek appropriate support to solve problems.
- Actively contribute to the creation and evaluation of possible solutions.
- Act on solutions selected and decisions made as directed.
- Make effective decisions about how to complete work tasks.
- Collects and analyzes information from a variety of sources.
- Effectively apply knowledge of all relevant Benefits concepts to required job tasks.
Salary Range: $59,000 - $79,500
