Morson have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Process Administrator/Change Agent to join a global pioneer in the aerospace industry and contribute to process change and improvements within the business at Broughton, Chester. This is fully site based role, with an early finish Friday.
This position is paying 29.10 per hour 9 months+/likely to be long-term,
Job Description:
• Drive business excellence through the application of new system processes and activities.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the improvement framework.
• Provide coaching and training on new processes.
• Collaborate with Operating System Leader, Operational FLM, technicians, and operators.
Accountabilities:
• Implement tools and standards.
• Collaborate with Operating System Leader, Operational FLM, technicians, and operators.
Main Activities:
• Implement and enhance boards and routines with operational teams.
• Participate in management go-look-see and provide structured feedback.
• Measure and report using KPIs and self-assessment.
• Co-facilitate training workshops.
• Participate in industrial assessments.
• Co-facilitate the development of company roadmap with operational teams.
• Share best practices
Skills:
• Understanding of change management /internal systems
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to leaders on routines and performance.
• Capability to identify deviations from standards and propose simple recommendations.
