Description:• Lockheed Martin is seeking a Property Analyst, Sr to join our Property Management team supporting the Air Force Special Operations (AFSOC) Air Commando Training Support (ACTS) contract. We are a dynamic and diverse team on a recurring multi-year program.

• Here you will work with a multifunctional team of experts leading the way in flight training system sustainment and development. In this fast-paced environment, youll draw on your education and experience as well as the resources of Lockheed Martin to solve problems and be a contributing member of a highly skilled Agile program.

• You will be focusing on all aspects of Property Management of Government Owned and Contractor Owned Property.

• This position is responsible for property control, accountability, inventory, distribution and replacement of all AFSOC ACTS assets; responsible for tracking, issuance, storing, and conducting physical inventories of AFSOC ACTS property. Coordinates all aspects RSP items with site management and personnel.

• Supports the Enterprise CLS Property Analyst on property management concerns. Interacts with internal and external customers. Provides coordination of property management matters across AFSOC ACTS sites. Receives, controls, and disposes of all contractor and third-party vendor property supporting all facets of flight simulator operations and maintenance.

• Examines and inspects material and equipment delivered to the AFSOC ACTS contract to verify conformance to specifications. Arrange on site transfer of materials and equipment to meet training schedules.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must have a strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations 52.245-1 and clauses related to Asset Management, strong Microsoft Office skills, ability to work with little or no supervision.

• Strong business acumen is required. Strong knowledge of Property Management as it relates with the US government and US military is required.

• The ability to quickly learn and utilize the Electronic database systems and to effectively use and leverage these technologies is required.

• Effective customer relations skills are required. As well as oral and written communications skills.

• Knowledge of US Government acquisition regulations is required.

• Strong computer skills are required to include MS office applications and general proficiency with business applications is required.

• Qualified candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Effective oral and written communications skills are required.

• Strong organization skills are required.

• Familiarity with Government Property and logistics of accountability is desired.

• Knowledge of Property Management FAR, procurement practices, policies and procedures is desired.

• Past experience with ATLAS Inventory and SPO Manager that account for and disposition US Government property and logistics of contracts as it relates to Property Management is desired.

• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations is desired.

• Experience with government contracting including modifications, to losing contracts and gaining contracts of government property, demonstrate knowledge of surveys, audits, and contract closeout as it relates to disposition of government property is desired.

• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is desired.

• Must be familiar with IUID and PIEE requirements.

• NPMA membership and certification is a plus.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
