Role Overview:

The Senior Secretarial Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management, ensuring the efficient operation of the department and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Role Description:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior management and their teams.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle all business administration tasks with autonomy and efficiency.
• Provide specific secretarial and administrative support to Senior Managers and management teams.
• Support diary management and meeting requirements for line managers.
• Arrange travel requirements and associated costs, optimizing managers time.
• Communicate efficiently and professionally with stakeholders.
• Operate in accordance with departmental and company procedures.
• Collate and analyse information to produce reports, presentations, and letters.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Maintain documents and data with accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide support to team members to ensure the smooth running of the office.
• Assist Executive Assistants within the Function as required.
• Understand relevant document management systems and ensure compliance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Experience providing secretarial support to senior management or significant administrative experience.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Handling Confidential Information/Issues and appropriate storage methods.
• Understanding of the companys structure, procedures, and key stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
