This Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations (EO) Information Systems Analyst position will support military Space Programs.
This position has multiple responsibilities to stretch across IT disciplines, however the primary focus of the position will be providing successful desktop and engineering workstation/tools support; desktop / engineering tools break/fix support, and supporting end user service requests within the MilSpace environment. Work location for this position is Sunnyvale, CA.

• Perform successful root cause analysis for problem resolution in Windows environments.
• Classified Operations and Desktop PC, Engineering Workstation, and Laptop Support
• Performing routine workstation patching per guidelines
• Printers and other peripherals
• Provide customer support utilizing service/problem ticketing system
• Create/edit Standard Operating Instructions (SOI) documentation
• US Citizenship required at this facility
Basic Qualifications:
• A current DoD security clearance, at a Secret or higher level is required for this position.
• Desktop support experience with the Windows OS (Windows 7,8 and 10).
• Demonstrated solid analytical approach to problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule as needed and support 24/7 on call schedule.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suites, including Microsoft Outlook
• Coursework and/or relevant experience with multiple IT disciplines to include: desktop hardware/software, mobile technologies, VPN solutions, software distribution tools such as SCCM; CM2012, networking fundamentals using TCP/IP and 802.11
• Outstanding customer service skills and commitment to customer service
• Experience Managing IT Projects
• Familiarity with DSS/NSA requirements
• CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain in 6 month
• US Citizenship required for this position.
Desired Skills:
• Some Familiarity with server administration.
• Experience with Cisco video conferencing systems and audio-visual systems
• Experience with network switching and routing protocols and configuration
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, IP configuration, peer-to-peer networking and IP addressing and sub netting as well as 802.11

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $74,700 - $143,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, and New York is $85,900 - $161,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
