Salary rate: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour DOE
Position Summary
We are immediately seeking an experienced F-15E Subject Matter Expert to join our motivated Advanced Capabilities and Expert Solutions (ACES) Division and support our Network Enabled Weapons (NEW) Support Team in one of the following locations: Langley AFB, VA; Eglin AFB, FL; Nellis AFB, NV.
The ACES Division supports Tactical Air's mission by delivering world class military aviation training, products, and support. As part of ACES, the NEW team provides the latest information on aircraft software features and weapon functionality to warfighters so that they can be successful in combat.
The NEW training program is dynamic and challenging. The team delivers between four and six Network Enabled Weapon University (NEW U) courses per year and supports multiple exercises in Europe and the Pacific. Travel locations include all F-15E bases as well as Europe and Asia. A NEW team member should expect to travel frequently in support of warfighter training.
Responsibilities
- Research, process, and distill complex technical material for meaningful and engaging presentation to CAF Aircrew
- Conduct professional, in-person training to large and small groups of aircrew with varied experience levels
- Cross-train and assist other priority efforts within ACES
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. Combination of background, education, and training may be considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum of eight years as F-15E aircrew. WIC Graduate preferred
- Comprehensive technical and functional knowledge of F-15E weapon and mission systems
- Travel (20%) required to various work sites throughout the U.S.
- U.S. citizenship with a current and active Secret clearance, with TS/SCI eligibility
- Eligible for SAP/SAR programs
- Valid state driver license

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projects
