Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable & relevant systems experience in 2nd/3rd line support
- Experience of design, test and delivery of system developments, IT Services and reporting (product lifecycle)
- Supplier management skills – able to engage key stakeholders
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Relevant experience in system administration tasks
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of business processes and terminology for airlines, airports and/or aviation IT
- Experience of test execution in a Business/Airport Systems environment
- Demonstrable & relevant systems experience in 2nd/3rd line support
- Airline and/or Retail sector experience (Sabre & Amadeus)
- Experience of implementing updates/upgrades on business systems
- Experience of Change Management processes
- Experience of using Confluence and Jira
- Experience of business solutions used within Airport Operations Services/Systems (for example: Sita, Collins; Amadeus: Departure Control Systems (DCS); aviation reservation systems; Network support; aviation specific
