Summary
Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Ensure rosters are ANR compliant.
Monitor and evaluate daily operations of Operation Control Centre (OCC).
Management of Published Roster.
Manage crew absenteeism, late coming, and sickness.
Manage changes to crew rosters >72hr to STD.
Work with Crew Performance to ensure upkeep of crew disciplinary standards.
Ensure conformance to all regulations with respect to occupational health and safety, and standards as prescribed in legislation and adopted as policy by the company.
Manage crew queries/feedback and ensure timely follow-up on issues raised.
Support improvement/enhancement projects in relation to rostering system.
Operations Admin
Manage hotel and crew transport arrangements and communications.
Manage cabin crew change-of-flight requests.
Manage SEP expiries.
Process Cabin Crew variable pay.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Management review.
Adherence to regulatory standards
Ensure cabin crew rosters are compliant with the ANR and ANO, and meet with other regulators’/legislated requirements.
Required to liaise with civil aviation authorities, internal and external auditors, and assist in the preparation for such audits, as well as to implement corrective actions.
Others
Support Crew briefing at graduation.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum a Degree holder or Diploma holder or 2 years working experience in planning and/or operations
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines on several projects
Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels

Computer literate, with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Tableau and rostering systems (advantageous)
Experience as cabin crew will be advantageous
