Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Analyst for UAX Fleet Projects, you will take charge of supervising multiple projects throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration with all UAX partners. Your role will encompass the vigilant oversight of contractual agreements, the management of warranties, and the pursuit of continuous improvements on completed projects. Additionally, you will maintain the highest standards of aircraft configuration, amenities, and interior appearance by applying sophisticated tracking and reporting tools. This position requires a dedication to excellence and the flexibility to travel approximately 25 of the time to meet project demands and partner engagements.

  • Responsible for the careful management, tracking, and reporting of project progress, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with our strategic achievements and goals
  • Tasked with driving detailed coordination among a diverse set of collaborators, including internal teams and external entities such as vendors, suppliers, and partners
  • Craft captivating presentations that effectively convey project updates and progress to leadership on a regular basis, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Support the Audit and Penalty Process where you will coordinate and streamline procedures by encouraging collaborative efforts with key departmental teams
  • Work closely with the Invoicing team at IKC, the Commercial team, and the Finance teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial transactions and reporting
  • Will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of our fleet
  • Collaborating closely with IKC, you will meticulously supervise and document the configuration of our existing aircraft, ensuring all modifications through Service Bulletins (SB), Airworthiness Directives (AD), and various projects align with United’s stringent standards.
  • Coordinate the tracking of new aircraft deliveries to guarantee full compliance with our operational requirements
  • Regular updating of fleet configuration tables to reflect any and all changes accurately
  • Provide robust support for Aircraft Appearance Audits, working in tandem with audit teams and partners to ensure that both the interior and exterior of our aircraft meet United’s exacting standards. In instances where discrepancies are identified, the Sr. Analyst will be tasked with swiftly coordinating and implementing a corrective action plan to address and resolve any issues, restoring the aircraft to the required standards as quickly as possible
  • Will be entrusted with the critical task of meticulously monitoring and detailing the movement of aircraft, engines, and parts as they transition in and out of storage and between partners
  • This position will be instrumental in the logistics and support of fleet sale activities, working in close collaboration with the Commercial and Fleet teams

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Engineering, Finance/Business
  • 3+ years’ related experience
  • Project management skills, good communication skills, meticulous note taking and record keeping skills, agile, ability to work multiple projects and under high pressure environments, Excellent PowerPoint and excel skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $108,790.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
