Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Pipeline Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and student organizations, with the goal of attracting top-tier talent for student programs. You will serve as the face of our company at campus recruiting events and play a key role in shaping our future workforce through pipeline development.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Campus Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies for targeting universities and colleges to attract high-caliber candidates. Build and maintain relationships with university career services, professors, student organizations, and alumni networks. Research and identify new campuses and programs that align with company hiring needs.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and attend university recruitment events such as career fairs, networking events, and on-campus interviews. Deliver presentations and information sessions to students, promoting the companys internship and early career opportunities. Organize and participate in recruitment initiatives, including hackathons, case competitions, and campus tours
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels such as social media, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
- Screening and Evaluation: Pre-screen candidates for cultural fit, job match, and skills alignment; working in partnership with the appropriate recruiter or hiring manager.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Engage and build long-term relationships with passive candidates, understanding their career aspirations, and keeping them informed of relevant opportunities within the organization.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for high-demand and strategic roles, ensuring readiness for future hiring needs.
- Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor recruiting activities to develop sourcing strategies.
- Recruitment Technology Utilization: Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and other technology to track and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to promote the employer brand and develop outreach campaigns to attract top talent.
- Metrics and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on pipeline progress, sourcing activities, and talent acquisition metrics.
- Program Management: Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies (including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate engagement) to support Cirrus Talent Management programs, such as Student Programs, Internships, Apprenticeships, and community and school partnerships. Collaborate closely with the Talent Management team, including Learning & Development, to ensure alignment between program design and current and future talent needs.
- Actively supports our mission, vision and core values and demonstrates Cirrus Service Essentials.
- Follows standard operating procedures and processing guidelines while maintaining attention to detail accuracy and timeliness
- Participates in department meetings and offers suggestions and ideas for process improvement.
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years recruitment experience required, including 2 to 3 years previous experience designing and implementing student programs.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition pipeline development & ROI
- Possess a marketing mindset with experience as a brand ambassador
- Natural ability to network and build rapport with stakeholders, external contacts, and candidates
- Adaptable to constant change and operate effectively with a high degree of emotional intelligence in a fluid environment
- Strategic thinker who utilizes data, reporting, and metrics for decision-making
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; human capital & applicable database programs helpful; applicant tracking systems and Business Intelligence software preferred
- Strong customer orientation; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Highly organized and excellent attention to detail
- Open to regular domestic travel
