Honeywells ACST team is seeking a Sr. Program Administrator for our Golden Valley, MN location.

Are you ready to help us make the future?

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Use administrative and organizational skills to provide support to the Environments and Infrastructure (E&I) projects
  • Providing superior administrative support to E&I leaders
  • Acting as point of contact for various activities associated with customers, shared services, and program leaders
  • Coordinate program visits and schedule meetings, work with shared services where applicable
  • Manage structure of and access to program SharePoint and share drives
  • Preparing, maintaining, distributing, and filing various program correspondence and reports, and procedures
  • Managing ad hoc projects and requests for the site and business
  • Coordinate with program administrator at sister location to ensure coverage

U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, business support specialist, or project support specialist
  • U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance

  • Individuals who are self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong organizational and communications skills
  • Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft (Office, Outlook, Teams) programs
