Responsiblefor the successful implementation of approved energy projects and providingsupport to identify and develop new opportunities on site.  This positionwill manage the overall relationship with the customer including any technicalor logistical issues that may arise.  Once a performance contract is sold,the Project Manager must be the project champion to supervise all work andensure a timely, high quality project completion.  Primary function willbe to interface with the customer and manage subcontractors to efficiently andeffectively complete the project on time, ahead of schedule and with asatisfied customer.  Good communications skills are required as thisindividual will have interaction with subcontractors and facility owners. Projectmanagement software such as Microsoft Project will be utilized for trackingproject timeliness. 

Duties and Responsibilities
•       Keepingprojects on schedule and within budget
•       Developingand managing project schedules
•       Developingor refining a Scope of Work (SOW) for projects
•       Reportingproject progress to the customer
•       Onsitecoordination of subcontract work
•       Customerpoint of contact for all coordination
•       Managingprojects or specific portions of larger project
•       Abilityto travel to project sites and for applicable in-person meetings 80

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2 years of construction Project Managementexperience or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction/ProjectManager
  • Required to provide support, task directionand tracking of the assigned direct reports, supporting functions andsub-contractors.
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Valid Drivers license

WE VALUE

  •  
    Engineering preferred; however, experience,a successful track record and a desire to work on a team in a fast-paced,growing industry are the most important qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering,Architecture, or Construction/Project Manager
  • 5 years of Project Management orconstruction experience
  • Geothermal or Central Plant Constructionexperience
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Industry certification such as CEM, PMP,PE, or LEED certification
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal,analytical and problem solving skills, and be able to demonstrate excellentverbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizationalskills
  • Computer literate and be able to use avariety of software packages (MS Office/Project)
  • Self-starter and be able to work bothindependently and in a team environment.
  • Experience managing federal governmentcontracts
  • Cyber Security experience
