This position will partner withLead or Principal Subcontract Specialist to drive the end to end cycle of FAR15proposals and subcontracts. Starting with proposal, fulfillment of the salesorder, and ending with negotiating subcontracts or long-term purchase orderswith suppliers. The Sr. Subcontract Specialist will deliver compliant FAR15package to the government, work closely with the Pricing organization and workwith the program to fulfill subcontracts aligned with the program.
- Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle
- DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15)
- Build strong negotiation positions for contract and execute on those

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance

- Bachelors Degree
- Strong negotiation skills and processes.
- Supply chain experience.
- Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry.
- Experience managing subcontracts FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.
- Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD).
- Ability to negotiate terms and conditions.
