We are seeking a System/DevOps Administratorto support Phantomworks Global
This role is based in Brisbane
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Microsoft and Linux Operating System Environment
- Supporting and maintaining a multiple hardware Environment (servers, PCs, storage)
- Integrate project hardware into Lab environments
- Patch and maintain our Atlassian Dev suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo)
- Patching, updates and remediations to meet security requirements for Software and hardware components
- Administration of Virtual Servers, Active Directory & system monitoring
- Daily System admin / End User support
- Fault finding and resolving ad hoc problems to prevent system downtime
- Continual Improvement of the controls, documentation and systems (software and hardware)
Experience/Qualifications
- Experience in maintaining, administering and supporting Microsoft Windows desktop, Windows Server and Linux Server systems.
- DevOps and or CI/CD experience
- Storage Experience - Netapp
- Networking Experience - Cisco / Palo Alto
- Virtual Infrastructure Experience - vSphere/vCenter/ESXi hosts.
- Windows Linux Subsystem experience
- High level of customer service and interpersonal communications skills
- Good understanding of virtualization and storage technologies
- Defence Security clearance to NEGATIVE VETTING 2 or above required
