 TBM Analyst (Process Mapping and Documentation) is responsible for conducting Technology Business Management (TBM) analysis and support under the guidance and direction of TBM management, Technology Finance, and Technology Management.


 This role will be responsible for Process Mapping and Process Documentation for IT processes, systems, and applications.


 In this role, you will:



  • Create comprehensive documentation for IT processes, systems, and applications. 

  • Maintain and regularly update documentation to reflect any process changes or enhancements. 

  •  Analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas of improvement.

  •  Work closely with IT teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery. 

  • Collaborate with various IT teams to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives. 

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on documentation and process optimization initiatives. 

  • Provide training to IT staff and stakeholders on new and updated processes, and offer ongoing support and guidance related to process adherence and documentation usage. 

  • Ensure processes and documentation adhere to organizational standards and regulatory compliance. 

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT service management best practices, such as ITIL. 

  • Implement quality assurance practices to ensure the accuracy and consistency of documented processes. Regularly review processes and documentation for quality, relevance, and effectiveness. 


 

Job Requirements:

This job might be for you if you have experience with:




  • Min 5 years relevant experience

  • Degree in Computer science, Computational Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Software 

  • Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Economics

  • ITIL Certified, 6 Sigma Certification

  • Strong infrastructure, cloud, ITIL, and Service Management background 

  • Relevant experience in a large multinational Technology Organisation preferred

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to executive management audiences 

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with multiple levels of management and staff across the organization

  • Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes and best practices such as budgeting, cost application/infrastructure support
