Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs based on budgeted headcount.
- Define job requirements by analyzing job descriptions and qualifications.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, facilitate office tours, and escort candidates as needed.
- Oversee new hire onboarding, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to maintain compliance with employment laws and mitigate hiring risks.
- Strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline by engaging with colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and professional networks.
- Develop and execute job posting strategies across various platforms to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices by participating in professional organizations and networking events.
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Fine Print
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. (essential requirement)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to proactively source and engage candidates using innovative recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work well on a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments at once.
Pay & Perks
Compensation range $50,000- $60,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
