Aurora Flight Sciences, A Boeing Company, seeks a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to provide support to our recruiters to enable our continued growth. The coordinator will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates supporting the hiring of high caliber Scientists and Engineers that will be on the cutting-edge of technological break-throughs in the aerospace industry. This position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition (TA), and will be based out of Manassas, Virginia.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate interview scheduling for multiple recruiters across multiple sites, escort candidates ensuring a high touch, positive experience

  • Facilitate candidate travel and reimbursement

  • Support career events and university career fairs

  • Initiate background investigations

  • Manage job postings

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant (OFCCP) applicant tracking system (Taleo) data entry

  • Participate in the development of strategic TA initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ related work experience

  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

  • Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and process management skills as well as keen attention to detail

  • Proven interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships with candidates and internal business partners

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently, both independently and with collaborative teams across all Aurora locations

  • Dependable self-starter with a track record of producing results

  • Ability to work in a rapidly growing environment with the ability to handle competing tasks and changing priorities
