Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Swissport, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to support our ground handling operations. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates through a variety of innovative recruitment strategies. Beyond hiring, you’ll partner with people leaders, providing expert coaching and guidance to ensure they have the insights needed to make informed, high-impact hiring decisions. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your expertise in talent acquisition will directly contribute to the success of our airport operations.

Your activities

• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for roles within ground operations, ensuring a strong and continuous talent pipeline.
• Develop and manage compelling job advertisements, leveraging multiple sourcing channels to attract high-quality applicants.
• Manage the recruitment process, from advertising and initial outreach to screening, interviewing, and coordinating pre-employment checks (references, medicals, background screening).
• Advise and coach hiring managers on best hiring practices, ensuring they have the tools and insights needed to make informed decisions.
• Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience, ensuring consistency and professionalism throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning and operational needs.
• Participate in recruitment events, including job fairs and information sessions, to actively promote Swissport as an employer of choice.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and spanet conditions, continuously improving sourcing strategies and talent attraction efforts.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, positioning Swissport as a top aviation employer and enhancing candidate engagement.

Your profile

With at least three years of recruitment experience, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at attracting top talent in a competitive spanet. Your ability to deploy creative sourcing strategies, combined with strong stakeholder management, ensures a seamless hiring experience.
