The Integrated fighter Group (IFG) at Edwards Air Force Base, California is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to support activities at the test site. The candidate will be a Control Account Manager (CAM) for activities within the team, eventually assuming the role as primary CAM for the F-16 program.

Responsibilities include the oversight of cost, schedule, and technical performance throughout the lifecycle of the projects assigned. The candidate will apply Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and CAM tools and techniques, including program baselining, variance explanations, ETC updates and justifications, and regular status presentations. Experience in data analysis and strong attention to detail is required.

The candidate will support development of cost estimates and related documentation including Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Statements of Work (SOWs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and other documents for future efforts. The candidate will also support special projects and Initiatives as required, including activities associated with remote flight test deployments.

This position requires the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse disciplines and organizations across ITF at multiple locations/sites to include LM Aero, multiple other LM business units, international customers, suppliers, and the program office. Strong communication and persistence is key to getting the job accomplished. Some travel is required (less than 20).

Previous experience as a CAM is required and familiarity with flight test activities is desired.

Responsibilities include:
1. Control account management for several contracts at the test site.
2. Assist with estimating and proposal activities for future work at the test site.
3. Support and back up other flight test CAMS, as needed.
4. Support special projects and initiatives, as assigned.

A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $91,300 - $175,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $105,000 - $197,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
