Job Description:

Morson Talent are currently seeking a Technical Project Administrator for our large aerospace client based in Yeovil. Our client are currently offering a full time, hybrid style of working with weekly competitive pay as a part of an ongoing contract.

Key Accountabilities –

  • Provide programme management support and reporting to the team manager in the delivery of product improvement initiatives.
  • Support with the preparation and monitoring of Advanced Provisioning (AP) Requests and Company Work Orders (CWO).
  • Where required, arrange funding via customer tasked activities or company Private Venture, through the preparation of sanctions and business cases.
  • Co-ordinate and administer the delivery of information to support Working Groups and monitor the progress of actions and any related sub-meetings.
  • Review and maintain internal policies and procedures, where required, with a view to optimising the flow of work in/out of the teams.
  • Provide a quality and governance service to the output and storage of technical documentation to ensure company standards and process are maintained.
  • Provide a workflow coordination function to the Platform teams.

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experience -

  • As positive and proactive team focussed attitude.
  • It is desired, although not essential to have an understanding of ILS analysis techniques and their individual/combined effect on through life cost and asset and aircraft availability.
  • A proven programme management competency.
  • It is desired to have knowledge of the company product support organisation, quality processes, operating procedures, drawing systems and digital products, including SAP.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Able to collect, comprehend and make practical use of information and produce standard reports.
  • Good at networking. For this role, there is an immense amount of data needed requiring conversations with different organisations.
  • Demonstrable interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work as a principle part of an integrated team.
