Schedule: 2nd Shift (Start: 1:00 PM ±1 hour, End: 9:30 PM ±1 hour)
Pay Rate: $30.23 to $41.63
About the Role:PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Test Planning and Support Specialist to assist with flight test operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will be responsible for coordinating test planning, managing critical flight test assets, and ensuring seamless test execution. Your contributions will directly impact the success of aerospace development programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate product testing, estimate support requirements, and ensure availability of test equipment, materials, and vehicles.
- Monitor test progress, ensure proper configuration of test articles and facilities, and return them to pre-test conditions.
- Maintain test documentation to support regulatory requirements.
- Manage 1,100+ flight test assets, including storage, tracking, and inventory control.
- Handle surplus, relocation, and restocking of test equipment during refurbishments.
- Pick up DAR media from A/P and deliver to data log stations (TDRS).
- Support Seattle Flight Test asset management and operations.
Required Qualifications:- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet customer requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to operate small lifting mechanisms for handling heavy equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive a service van (including trips up to 30 minutes away).
- Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Pay Details: $30.23 to $41.63 per hour
