We are looking for a/an:

Sr. Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

Based in: Toulouse, France.
Contract Type: Permanent

Job Type: Full-time

• Develop benchmarking analysis about competitors, including positioning, value offer, prices, technical comparison, etc

• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer pain-points, requirements, and trends for different industrial sectors and subsectors 

• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts

• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, webinars, etc.)

• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

• Min 10 years of experience in B2B Marketing

• Degree in marketing, commercial or similar 

• Language skills: negotiation level in English 

• Additional languages skills like French, Spanish and/or German beneficial

• Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods

• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

• Technical understanding 

• Ability to influence and lead non hierarchical teams

• Well-organized and detail oriented

• Exceptional communication and writing skills

• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind

• Capable to deliver to deadlines 

• Proactive, problem solving and assertive skills 

• Communication, interpersonal, teamwork and leadership

• Proficiency in computer applications, like Google Workspace and ERP systems (eg SageX3)
