Were looking for numerate data-savvy analysts with the ability to draw out insights from financial and commercial information to join the newly formed BA Transformation Performance team as a Transformation Performance Analyst.
Reporting into the Head of Transformation Performance, you will bridge the gap between the Business, Transformation and Finance, and play a crucial role in supporting financial control and value assurance of BAs multi £billion Transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities: - Support financial control of Transformation benefits and investments.
- Support the definition of key performance indicators and track against these to assess the progress and value impact of our initiatives.
- Insightful analysis that brings together financial, operational, customer, colleague and sustainability data to help drive forward the Transformation of BA.
- Enhance and maintain management reporting, and forecasting models, such as top down and scenario planning.
- Strengthen risk assessment and support the ongoing development of value milestones.
About You: - Data-driven and able to use analytical insight to creatively problem solve.
- Ability to manipulate and interpret complex data and present insight in a more accessible way.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable collaborating at all levels of the business.
- Experience in a finance or analytical role, in a complex organisation is essential for this role.
