We are recruiting for a Bank Account Management professional.
About the Role:
This role will be responsible for execution of processes relating to all aspects of account management for all global bank accounts of Qatar Airways
Accountabilities:
- Ensure mandates for all bank accounts are updated by coordinating with Internal departments and banks (spread across the globe); preparing the bank mandate, obtaining KYC documents for signatories, preparing bank forms for granting online access, support the activation of online bank access of signatories
- Opening of new bank accounts as per the business requirement & Closing of bank accounts as and when it is no longer required for operations
- Updating periodic KYC documentation requirement from banks/financial institutions for maintenance of bank account, trading and leasing relationships
- Maintenance of online banking access for all users; providing new access, troubleshooting to resolve access issues, deletion of access when it is no longer required
- Updating and maintaining the Payment Authorization Schedule
- Arranging the Bank Balance Confirmation for Year End Audit
- Documentation support for new services from banks and other financial service providers
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree with minim 2 years of job related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.com, BBA etc.) experience in Finance domain of a Corporate (Corporate Treasury experience will be preferred)
- Strong command over English language (both written and verbal communication
- Good cross functional collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a dynamic work environment
- Logical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to use and leverage tools such as MS Office and Copilot
- Chartered accountant or similar level qualification
- Experience of working in a shared services environment
- International company experience
- Awareness of Treasury activities, particularly cash management, banking and treasury operations
- Knowledge of processes required to manage bank accounts (eg bank mandates, corporate authorities, etc
