Job Description:

Aufgabengebiet:

      Entwicklung von Prozessmodulen für Hochfrequenz III/V Halbleitertechnologien

      Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Teams im Entwicklungsprozess

      DOE Planung und Definition von Prozessschritten zur Bearbeitung von Halbleiterwafer in IT Systemen (MES, SAP, Excel,….)

      Auswertung und Korrelation von Prozessdaten bei der Wafer Herstellung mit elektrischen Messdaten (JMP von SAS)

      Dokumentation der Entwicklungsarbeiten und Ergebnisse

      Reporting und Präsentation von Ergebnissen im Entwicklungsteam auf Deutsch und Englisch

      Mitarbeit und Berichterstellung in Entwicklungsprojekten

Voraussetzungen:

      Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mikrosystemtechnik oder vergleichbares Studium im Bereich der Halbeitertechnik /-physik

      Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Halbleitertechnologie und Waferprozessierung

      Kenntnisse über Halbleiterprozesstechnik, Bauelemente und Hochfrequenztechnik

      Grundlegende Kenntnisse über Zuverlässigkeitsanforderungen und Normen zur Technologiequalifizierung sind vorteilhaft

      Fähigkeit zur fachlichen Führung und Motivation von interdisziplinären Teams

      Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und Qualitätsmethoden (FMEA, SPC, Konzeptvergleich, Statistik,…)  sind von Vorteil

      Sicheres Auftreten, verhandlungssichere und sehr gute schriftliche Englischkenntnisse

      Selbständige, systematische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
