PDS Tech Commercial is looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-focused individuals to bring the wonders of aviation and aerospace innovation to life as part of our Visitor Relations team at our aerospace attraction in Mukilteo, WA! As a Tour Guide, you’ll play a key role in shaping how visitors experience one of the most iconic aerospace companies in the world.
What Youll Do:
As a Tour Guide at our aerospace facility, youll be the face of our brand, providing an unforgettable experience to thousands of visitors each year. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Process ticket sales and assist visitors with entry logistics.
- Provide guest orientation, directions, and general assistance.
- Engage with visitors to share exhibit content and enhance their experience.
- Assist with tour coordination, group visits, and special events.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow financial procedures for transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain safety and operational standards throughout the facility.
What We’re Looking For- At least six months of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems or event-related technology.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work Thursday through Monday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including weekends and holidays).
- High school diploma/GED; additional education or training is a plus.
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Pay Details: $19.29 to $22.19 per hour
