Job Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Strong electrical systems and avionics troubleshooting.
- Must possess a Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and Powerplant certificate (A&P license).
- Minimum three-five years of experience in similar position.
- Expertise in light or mid-size jets. Specific expertise in Citation 650, and TFE-731 engines preferred.
- Must possess a High School diploma.
- Must be a detail oriented, self-starter and able to work with little supervision while maintaining goals/tasks.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate in a professional manner with staff, management, customers and vendors.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while managing time in a proficient and effective manner.
- Must have strong analytical skills and be able to make complex decisions while keeping the departments and Company’s philosophies and goals in mind.
- Must possess sound reasoning skills and have the ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions (Cold or Heat).
- Ability to comprehend, remember, and follow verbal and written directions and comply with Company policies, procedures and standard.
- Ability to work in hazardous conditions (dust/gas/fumes/steam/chemicals).
