Sign-on Bonus

• Available depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Maintenance
• Responsible for conducting maintenance in accordance with applicable technical data
• Responsible for keeping On the Job Training Forms
• Responsible for filling out all necessary paperwork required for maintenance
• Performs training as required
• Ensure the work area is clean at all times
• Ensure the tool accountability at all times
• Ensures calibrated tools and equipment meets manufacturer’s calibration recommendation before use
• Responsible for operational use of personal protective equipment
• Gain return to service capabilities per FAR 145.157 within 3 months of employment
• Performs other duties as required or directed by management
• Ensures to follow all safety precautions recommended by aircraft manufacturer
• Ensures to use the appropriate personal protection equipment
• Maintain operational tempo
• Be willing to work off hours (evening or weekends) on occasion to support facility operations

• Appropriately certificated as a mechanic or repairman under 14 CFR Part 65
• Have a minimum of 18 months of practical experience or accredited FAR 147 training
• Must read, write, and understand English
• Have experience with general aviation airframes Pilatus, Cessna, Beechcraft, Piper, Cirrus, and more.
• Have familiarity with FAR 145 and FAR 135 regulation.
• Be physically able to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
