We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Electrical Installer with over 4 years of experience in a 145 Repair Station. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in interpreting electrical engineering drawings, component installation, and wire termination lists. You should be familiar with standard electrical termination processes and tooling, such as DMC and TE. Additionally, you will assist in post-installation operational checks of all installed and disturbed systems.

Responsibilities

• Interpret electrical engineering drawings, component installation, and wire termination lists.
• Assist in the installation of electrical components and wiring.
• Perform standard electrical termination processes using appropriate tooling.
• Conduct post-installation operational checks of all installed and disturbed systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair avionics systems.
• Test avionics electrical systems and ensure proper functionality.
• Install and troubleshoot avionics systems in General Aviation/Corporate Aircraft.

• 4+ years of experience in a 145 Repair Station.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a 2-year post-secondary/Associate’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with aircraft electrical and avionics systems.
• Knowledge of avionic installations, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Understanding of wiring schematics and harnesses.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

• Previous experience in General Aviation/Corporate Aircraft.
• Familiarity with Honeywell and Gulfstream systems.
• Military aircraft experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Security Clearance is desired but not mandatory.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
