Job Title: Avionics Technician
Job Description: Are you an experienced Avionics Technician looking for an exciting new challenge? Join our Clients dynamic team and take your career to new heights! This role requires an active security clearance from day one, as youll be performing classified heavy modifications on various fixed-wing military aircraft. Youll be responsible for removing existing systems, installing wire harnesses throughout the aircraft, and terminating a variety of connectors. With flexible start dates and a streamlined onboarding process, youll be ready to make an impact in no time!
Responsibilities:
- Perform classified heavy modifications on various fixed-wing military aircraft.
- Remove existing systems from the aircraft.
- Install wire harnesses throughout the entire aircraft.
- Terminate dozens of different types of connectors.
Essential Skills:
- 4+ years of avionics experience.
- Experience terminating connectors.
- Proficiency with several different types of crimpers (at least 3 or more).
- Must own tools with a shadowed toolbox and tools etched or colored by Day 1.
- Stable job history.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Installation experience.
- Desire to build a long-term career.

Work Environment:
- Youll work in a climate-controlled,
- FAA-regulated hangar.
- Shifts vary depending on the hangar and program, primarily on the 1st shift, with some on the 2nd shift.
- Overtime is often available but not guaranteed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
