Job Title: Avionics Technician
Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking Avionics Technicians to support contract work involving phase maintenance and resets on CH-47s, UH-60s, and SH60s. We are looking for technicians with experience in modification, installation, and/or troubleshooting. The ideal candidate must be able to route, run, and terminate wires efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform phase maintenance and resets on CH-47s, UH-60s, and SH60s.
- Conduct modifications and installations on avionics systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within avionics systems.
- Route, run, and terminate wires accurately and efficiently.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Perform crimping, pinning, harnessing, and continuity checks.
Essential Skills- 4+ years of experience as an Avionics Technician.
- Experience with military helicopters such as UH-60, AH-64, OH-58, CH-47.
- Ability to perform avionics installations and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams.
- Experience with crimping and pinning.
- Ability to route and terminate wires.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with fixed-wing aircraft will be considered if strong troubleshooting skills are present.
- Ability to work with modifications and prototypes.

Work Environment
This position is based in an air-conditioned facility. The standard work hours are from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, Alabama.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00
