Job Title: Avionics Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting avionics systems for various planes. You will work with different brands of systems and handle components and electrical system parts such as airborne navigation and communication systems, autopilot systems, weather radar, transponder, pitot-static systems, compass systems, instruments, and accessories. This position does not involve installation of systems but focuses on testing and troubleshooting instruments, components, and assemblies using circuit testers, oscilloscopes, and voltmeters. Additionally, you will perform some entry-level A&P work, including removing panels.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot avionics systems for different planes.
- Work with various brands of avionics systems.
- Handle components and electrical system parts such as airborne navigation, communication systems, autopilot systems, weather radar, transponder, pitot-static systems, compass systems, instruments, and accessories.
- Test and troubleshoot instruments, components, and assemblies using circuit testers, oscilloscopes, and voltmeters.
- Perform entry-level A&P work, including removing panels.
Essential Skills- 4+ years of experience (including 1 year of GA or corporate experience).
- Experience with one of the following aircraft: Falcon, Hawker, Lear, Challenger.
- Experience with Collins Pro-Line, Honeywell, or Universal systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Active A&P license (nice to have).

Work Environment
You will work the 1st shift from 7 AM to 4 PM, totaling 8 hours a day, with flexibility. The work environment includes working in the hangar and occasionally outside.
