Electronic Builder

Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

• Use the computer to access work instructions,and to access and/or input labor tracking, work in progress tracking,non-conformance tracking, configuration information, and dispatching.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot a variety ofassembly process machines.
• Set-up and performs final visual, mechanical, and electricalchecks on parts, sub-assemblies, and devices. Check quality of parts being run,repositions, realigns, and fastens tools and fixtures.  Replace broken orbent tools and makes necessary adjustments to keep machines in operation.
• Loads and unloads a variety of ovens.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Support the Honeywell Operating System
• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
• Comply with all safety rules.
• Record and report production data.
• Analyze data and production reports
• Set up and change over equipment

• High School Diploma or GED
• Degree or Certificate ofCompletion of Basic Electricity or Electronics (Intro to Electronics I and II)
