PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Electronic Technician to join our team supporting a global leader in cutting-edge aerospace and defense technology. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the production and integration of advanced test equipment and aircraft wiring systems that support mission-critical defense programs.
What Youll DoAs a key member of the Advanced Test Support Solutions (ATSS) manufacturing team, your responsibilities will include:
Building rack-mounted chassis assemblies and aircraft wire harnesses
Kitting parts and coordinating materials across three local facilities
Troubleshooting and repairing wiring and electrical systems
Terminating Amphenol or Cannon connectors using soldering or crimping techniques
Supporting system integration and site-level testing
Collaborating with engineers to interpret technical designs and bring them to life
Assisting in the design and execution of custom testing methods for both commercial-off-the-shelf and specialized components
Compiling data and contributing to process improvements across testing and manufacturing
What You’ll Need to SucceedBasic Qualifications:
Formal electronics training (military or academic)
Experience with aircraft wiring repairs
Skilled in soldering and crimping electronic connectors
Ability to use basic hand tools and general test equipment (meters, etc.)
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Secret or higher security clearance
Knowledge of Mil-Std 1553 bus hardware
Experience using oscilloscopes and digital multimeters
Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
Previous experience in aerospace, aviation, or defense-related environments

Pay Details: $34.83 to $39.33 per hour
