Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (9-Month Contract)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9x80 A Schedule
Pay Rate: $34.83 to $39.33 per hour

As a key member of the Advanced Test Support Solutions (ATSS) manufacturing team, your responsibilities will include:

• Building rack-mounted chassis assemblies and aircraft wire harnesses

• Kitting parts and coordinating materials across three local facilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing wiring and electrical systems

• Terminating Amphenol or Cannon connectors using soldering or crimping techniques

• Supporting system integration and site-level testing

• Collaborating with engineers to interpret technical designs and bring them to life

• Assisting in the design and execution of custom testing methods for both commercial-off-the-shelf and specialized components

• Compiling data and contributing to process improvements across testing and manufacturing

Basic Qualifications:

• Formal electronics training (military or academic)

• Experience with aircraft wiring repairs

• Skilled in soldering and crimping electronic connectors

• Ability to use basic hand tools and general test equipment (meters, etc.)

• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Secret or higher security clearance

• Knowledge of Mil-Std 1553 bus hardware

• Experience using oscilloscopes and digital multimeters

• Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards

• Previous experience in aerospace, aviation, or defense-related environments
