Electronics Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an Electronics Technician for bench-level production electrical assembly of wire harnesses, coax assemblies, and electro-mechanical assemblies in our production department. Aircraft installation experience is not required, but candidates with airframe avionics experience may meet the requirements. The role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume repair shop environment. Candidates should possess average electrical skills, be detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible for supporting the assembly and production team. Previous knowledge of aircraft and the ability to read blueprints is a significant plus. Continuous training and personal development will be provided to enable work in a high-tech environment.

Hard Skills

• An associate of applied science degree (AAS) in electrical technology
• Experience with developing avionics test sets
• Experience with building breadboards
• Experience with making wiring harnesses
• Experience with test circuits and boxes
• Knowledge of military aviation technical manuals (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

• Well-organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes
• Customer service oriented

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lakehurst, New Jersey.

Work Environment

A fast-paced, multi-tasking, customer service-oriented environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes is necessary to accommodate changing priorities. Overtime may be required.
