Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze and advise on technical problems in the operation and maintenance of Aircraft electrical systems and associated electronic components sub-systems test equipment
Installs,test,modifies and repair electrical system components and test equipment
Supervises Aircraft electrical maintenance personnel
Repairs and clean batteries,terminals and cables
Remove and replaces batteries on all type aerospace equipment and systems.Interprets installation and maintenance policies to correct defective equipment
Diagnose recurring,malfunctions and recommends corrective actions    
Conducts tests of generators,test stands,oscilloscopes, measuring devices and system.
Observes and ensure compliance with established safety procedures
Prepares material deficiency reports
Determines extent of dis-assembly necessary to repair or replace Aircraft electrical parts
Assign maintenance and repair function to subordinates
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of electrical, electronics, mechanical principles as applied to Aircraft electrical systems and test equipment, concept and application of supporting publications and use and interpretation of wiring diagrams blueprints, and technical publication is mandatory
Analyze, troubleshoots, installs, inspects, and modifies Aircraft electrical and associated electronic components, sub-systems and test equipment, and supervises Aircraft electrical systems maintenance activities, service maintain, repair and changes batteries on aerospace equipment and systems.      
Aircraft electrical system maintenance specialist must have minimum 10 years Experience and 7 level trained
Experience in performing supervisory function.
Experience in modification of Aircraft electrical system.Inspects for and identifies Aircraft electrical systems components.
Experience in conduct of repair components
Requires High School diploma or equivalent with five to six years of related experience.
Technical training equivalent to an Associates degree preferred.
High School Diploma or GED Certificate
05-06 years of Experience w/High School Diploma
