Job Description:
- Provide leadership, technical expertise, and guidance while performing various operational, functional tests, and repairs of avionics/electronic, aircraft equipment, and systems to ensure a defect-free aircraft.
- This role requires superior technical skills and expertise in avionics systems operational testing and troubleshooting. You will teach the installation and functional testing of electrical/avionics components and systems per Engineering specifications, drawings, and maintenance manuals ensuring a defect-free system.
- Oversee the performance and compliance with engineering changes and modifications as required. Your role also includes setting up and operating necessary test equipment, conducting functional and operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability.

- Must be open to working any shift.
- Overtime available as needed.
