JOB TITLE: Wire Harness Technician
LOCATION: Owego, NY
PAY RATE: Up to $26/hour

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Assemble, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical systems.

Work from schematics, engineering drawings, and verbal/written instructions.

Operate equipment, conduct tests, and report data in the required format.

Perform calibration, alignment checks, and necessary adjustments or modifications.

Prepare and apply prescribed compounds and solutions.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience building cable harnesses.

Ability to read and interpret wire harness prints.

Proficiency in stripping and crimping wires.

Strong electronics troubleshooting skills.

Self-starter with advanced communication skills.

MUST BE US PERSONS

Desired Skills:

Ability to obtain a security clearance (not required for contract work).

IPC-620 certification preferred but not required.
