The Aerospace Wiring Assembler will be responsible for all aspects of timely assembly of company wiring harness and coaxial cable builds. The role requires intimate knowledge of AS50881 Wiring Aerospace Vehicle Standard and IPC/WHMA-A-620 Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies, along with AS9100 Aerospace Quality Standard processes. A high level of understanding of military-specified tools (MIL-DTL-) and use of military-specified componentry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wiring harnesses and coaxial cables according to specified standards.
• Ensure timely completion of all assembly tasks.
• Interpret aerospace/military grade technical drawings and specifications.
• Utilize various tools specified in MIL-DTL- for crimping.
• Maintain compliance with AS50881, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and AS9100 standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality and efficiency.

• 3-5 years of experience in Aerospace/Aviation wire harness and cable build in a manufacturing environment.
• High understanding of wire harness assembly standards AS50881 and IPC/WHMA-A-620.
• Proficiency in using military-specified tools (MIL-DTL-) for crimping.
• Ability to interpret aerospace/military grade technical drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Experience with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
